They proactively re-applied for my mortgage twice as rates changed, securing me a better deal each time at no extra charge. It’s clear they genuinely care about their clients and work hard to get the best possible outcome.
Communication was excellent throughout - I was able to reach them whenever I needed, and they were very proactive by both email and phone. Tammie was also personally very active on WhatsApp, always quick to respond and help with any questions, which made everything run extremely efficiently.
