I developed a strong understanding of performance, wellbeing, and the value of discipline and teamwork. While my academic background focused on health and sport, I then found my professional path in the motorcycle industry — a sector that challenged me in new ways and allowed me to build on my strengths in leadership and customer service. Over the past 12 years, I’ve led a customer service department, overseeing teams, improving processes, and ensuring that customers received not only solutions but also a positive experience. This role gave me the chance to combine people-focused leadership with problem-solving, as well as the satisfaction of developing a high-performing, customer-first culture. Outside of work, I enjoy horse riding, regular exercise, travelling & exploring new places, and spending quality time with my son, family and friends. I am thrilled to be apart of the HFS team, helping clients establish the right protection policies alongside their mortgages, securing cover for future peace of mind for themselves and loved ones.
