After having my children, I decided on a change of direction and trained to become a qualified Dental Nurse. I really enjoyed working closely with patients, helping to put them at ease and making sure they felt cared for and supported throughout their treatment.
It was a role that further strengthened my belief that good service is about much more than simply doing a job – it is about taking the time to listen, understand and make people feel valued.
I am delighted to now be part of the Home Finance Solutions team, bringing together my previous experience within financial services and the customer care skills I have developed throughout my career.
I take great pride in being organised and thorough, with a keen eye for detail, and I enjoy helping to make the mortgage journey as straightforward and stress-free as possible for our clients.
Outside of work, I enjoy gardening and playing the flute, but some of my favourite time is spent with my lovely grandchildren, who certainly keep me busy.
