This is the second mortgage Ben has assisted us with, and once again the service was excellent.
Our circumstances are slightly more complicated than a standard application, as my wife and I are both directors and shareholders of our own companies, and we don't use an external accountant as I am an accountant myself. The remortgage also involved raising additional funds to complete an extension to our home, as well as consolidating personal loans we had taken out to get the building works underway.
